The commencement of self-awareness to maintain health from an early age is a smart step for investment in old age. Having a healthy and fit body will certainly make you more freedom to move and be more productive. Eventually, it will benefit you by increasing the number of positive works created. Also, if you start from youth, you will not feel tired and get sick easily in old age. Thus, all the results of fatigue and sweat that have been issued when young will be felt and enjoyed at the age of 40 to 50 and above. However, when viewed from the conditions of today’s fast-paced, more people tend to be lazy to maintain health. Lack of awareness to maintain health will trigger various diseases that can interfere with daily activities. But, isn’t healthy living expensive? Have to pay a monthly gym fee and buy fat-burning supplement milk?  do not have to go to the gym to maintain health.

The following tips for maintaining useful health in the future;

1. Breakfast

To undergo activities smoothly and also full of concentration and care for the digestive organs, breakfast is highly recommended. 2. Exercise Routine

By cycling or jogging around the housing complex or swimming will accelerate blood circulation, reduce body fat. Take 20 to 30 minutes every day to exercise as an investment for a healthy body in old age.

3. Bring A Bottle Of Drinking Water

Drinking mineral water, maybe you are bored with this sentence. But that’s the truth. The human body is dominated by water content and if it lacks, it will become dehydrated. In a relaxed state, to make ends meet, drink enough mineral water as needed and if coupled with strenuous activities, drink more. Don’t wait until you have to drink it, because thirst itself is the body’s reaction to dehydration. Lack of water in the body can be judged by the color of urine and thirst as the most appropriate predictors for our body.

4. Get Enough Rest

The average ideal sleep time for adults is 7 to 8 hours each night. After the activity from morning to evening, sleep starting at 10 pm. Get rid of all electronic devices such as smartphones, laptops or other things that can disrupt your sleep time. Sleep alone is one of the basic needs. Lack of sleep will weaken the body’s immune function, reduce appetite, and reduce energy. This activity is one of the easiest forms of health investment to do and does not incur costs.

5. Smile

Yes, smile. You are not being misread. This is the easiest thing to do and is highly recommended. With a smile there are several benefits that you can feel; decrease blood pressure, reduce stress, prolong life, release endorphins (painkillers) and also serotonin, prolong life and beautify your appearance.
